- Locate the “Leads” or “Requests” section in your dashboard.
- All incoming lead requests will be listed here with details such as:
- Service requested or inquiry details
- Date and time of the request

- Review the details of each lead request to determine whether you want to accept or decline.
- Pro Plan users may also see lead insights, such as name and contact information, to help make a more informed decision.
